I have worked accross the welfare sector since the late 1990s accross a broad range of specialties including child protection, EAP, disabilities, mental health, Adult education, government, non-government, Victims of Crime and the private sector. This broad range of experience has given me a broad range of skills in my private practice to be able to support my clients.

My focus is to help individuals or couples work through past and present issues whether mental health issues, trauma, career issues, or general life coaching as well as planning for the future and living a more holistic and positive life using techniques such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and general stress management techniques.
